2018 Calendar Application

For Firefighters who would like to be considered for the 2018 calendar:

Please complete and submit form completely by May 30, 2017.

A panel of judges will review entries, and you will be contacted if you are selected for the calendar.

We are pleased to welcome Wichita Fire Department firefighters to submit their applications online at www.kansasfirefightersalliance.com   The reference for WFD applicants must come directly from Chief Blackwell.

We jointly wish to include the importance of the expressed written consent from the Wichita Fire Department Fire Chief Ron Blackwell for any Wichita firefighters in participation.  I would also like to reiterate chief’s words,  “the importance that any participant, if they have their department’s permission, must be a member in good standing and the participant not be involved in any photos (or behavior) that could be construed as titillating or provocative.”

A reference does not guarantee that the firefighters will make it to the final 13.  Please encourage you firefighters to submit their applications as soon as possible.  We will select the best 13 applicants.  We look forward to your department’s participation.
